We design & build the offices precisely as per tenant requirements. The offices provided on rent are available 24/7 and fully managed by CRE wherein the tenants pay a fixed monthly rental which includes the utility bills, housekeeping, repairs & maintenance, security, etc.
CRE Spacez, acquired ADZI Infrasol, a design & build interiors company established in 2013 serving clients like IBM, Accenture, Intel, Robert Bosch, etc. with a vision to build premium offices for its tenants using the In-House Design & projects Team. We are not a typical coworking company that offers Shared Offices, Hot Desks, Memberships, etc. but offer only customized & dedicated offices. Our amenities like Conference Room are meant only for our tenants & not outsiders on hourly basis.
